Each client project runs under its own written agreement, which sets the scope, price, payment terms, ownership and support. That agreement wins over anything on this site.

4. Our products

afilink has its own terms of service, published with the product. Payments for afilink Premium follow our Refund and cancellation policy.

5. Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using it. This does not limit any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
